Panic Buttons

Panic buttons can be located strategically in a campus to provide a quick way to alert staff and security of needed help.  Buttons can come in many size, shapes, and functions. 

Medical Help - Alerts proper staff that someone is in need of medical help, providing the location of the triggered button.

Stranger on campus  AN effective way to practice see something, say something is a button alerting staff of an unusual presence on campus grounds

Teacher assistance - Allows for a teacher handling a crisis to quickly hit a button notifying the office that help is required ion the classroom, freeing the teacher up to focus on the tasks at hand.

Police - 911 help can be strategically located on campus as a quick way to request first responder assistance if the situation warrants. 

All buttons can be tracked via video to for a first hand look at the emergence as well as a way to track false alarms.
